For an asian massage parlor, the asian massage girl might cheat your hour knowing you won't complain because you got a discounted price, and she will show off to the manager that she didn't compromise and also earned more money for the house. Also if the massage girl is chinese, this is important to help her save face. She will cheat you on the hour and finish up after less than 1 hour, so she can feel she got something back from you.
